A Fork in the Road

When we hear a word from the Lord, whether through the Bible or through the Holy Spirit in another way, we find ourselves at a fork in the road. Will we believe what we have heard and act accordingly, or will we reject it? Our choice will draw us closer to Him or further away. There are only two responses, and we will pick one of them. Regardless of the choice, we will be changed by it. The Lord offers yet another opportunity for repentance in Jeremiah 36, where we see perhaps the most positive responses and the most negative responses in the whole book of Jeremiah.
