The Other Side

Jesus took the disciples to the other side of the lake, a place they did not want to go, to a people they probably did not think we’re worthy of saving, and when they get there, the results are only one man having his life changed. In terms of what they have seen, the feeding of the 5000, the calming of storms and the healing of many, this one demon possessed man being exorcised of evil spirits and having his mind attuned to his Lord, may have seemed like a bit of a failure. But what it was, was the start of a movement. It was seeds being planted, so that many people would come to know Jesus. What would it look like for you to go to the other side?
