Welcome Ministry
Everyone needs a warm welcome.
The Welcome Ministry encompasses everything from meeting people at the front door to finding a place to connect them with others at Salem.
Greeters stand at the two main entrance doors on Sunday morning to welcome each person as they arrive and provide assistance as needed.
Ushers hand out bulletins, seat people, direct people needing assistance and collect the offering on Sunday morning. They serve two one-month assignments each year.
Visitor receptions are regularly held to help Salem’s guests build bridges to the Salem community of fellowship in Christ.
