Description:
This Grief Workshop discusses the various stages of grief which a person normally deals with as they move through a personal loss. This workshop is intended to help a caregiver identify the various grief stages and then show care for someone who is working through these stages. It will help the caregiver show empathy for the griever and help them work through their grief and not dismiss it.
In the past, this workshop has also proven helpful for someone dealing with their own grief, to better understand the strong feelings and emotions of their loss.
