Pastor Stevens served as Senior Pastor of Crossroads Evangelical Free Church in Albert Lea, MN for 13 years as the church grew from a church plant to a congregation today with average attendance of 675.  Some of you may remember Glen from when he was a pastoral apprentice and interim preacher at Salem in 1995 and 1996.  Glen and his wife, Jill, are parents to 4 children.
