The staff culture at Salem is one that is built on friendship, encouragement, humility, and support for others. We collaborate with each other professionally, and have fun together.

In an effort to diversify the giftedness of our team, we have opted to split a couple of full time positions into multiple part time positions. The purpose of the Care Pastor|Director is to help cultivate a relational disciple-making culture around Salem’s mission and vision by providing for, and equipping, the congregation to support emotional, social, and spiritual needs supported by a vibrant prayer basis.

The purpose of the Missions Local & Global Pastor|Director is to help cultivate a relational disciple-making culture around Salem’s mission and vision by executing the efforts of our church that evangelize, equip, and mobilize our congregation to accomplish the Great Commission.

All positions include lodging, food and one free camper registration each week you serve. Speakers, worship leaders, general volunteers, and nurses will have their own personal room in our staff house. All staff are invited to a free end of the week dinner at Zorbaz!

Lead Counselor: Hang out with campers! Share the gospel of Jesus through your words and actions. Pay is $100-$125 per week.

Speaker: $300-$500 per week. Speak 4-6 times per camp session. Shoot for 20 minutes during each chapel session.

Worship Lead: $100 per week. Lead music Sunday evening and then two times per day.

General Volunteers: Fill the gaps! Duties include kitchen help, crafts, and activities.

Nurse: $200 per week.
